       The first is lubrication. Lubrication is one of the most important functions of lubricants. Because there must be heat and friction during the screen printing movement, especially as the screen printing speed increases, the friction and heat will increase, the pressure on the contact surface of this movement will be greater. If it is not operated well, it is easy to make mistakes, so in the process, a lubricant is needed to reduce friction and reduce heat generation, so as to ensure the printing effect of the screen printer.

       The second function is to reduce the temperature, because the lubricant is a liquid, so when the lubricant is used in the screen printing machine movement, it can not only bring the effect of reducing friction, but also make the lubricant attract the heat of the contact surface. As a result, the temperature is reduced, and the possibility of damage to some parts due to heat can be reduced.



       The third effect is the sealing effect. The lubricant itself is dynamic and can easily adhere to the moving surface. When the lubricant is used, the gap between the two sides of the movement can be reduced to almost nothing, but the lubricant The sealing effect is mainly to compensate the processing and installation errors of machine parts. When huge errors occur, it is not possible to rely on lubricants alone.
